Thank you for shopping with Smiley Daze! Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping timelines, and pre-order items.
Processing Times
Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new releases, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on qualifying orders.
Pre-Order Items
Items marked as PRE-ORDER are not currently in stock and are expected to ship at a later date. Estimated ship timeframes are listed within each individual product description. Please note that preorder dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to manufacturing, customs, or carrier delays outside of our control.
By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree to the extended processing timeframe associated with preorder merchandise.
Orders Containing Pre-Order + Ready-to-Ship Items
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and preorder items, your entire order will ship together once all items are available.
If you would like ready-to-ship items sooner, please place separate orders.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Smiley Daze is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Tracking & Delivery
Once a package has been shipped, Smiley Daze is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Smiley Daze is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
