RETURN/EXCHANGE•POLICY
Smiley Daze has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If item is returned to us used or worn, we have the right to deny the request for a refund/exchange.

Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color ONLY. If the item is out of stock a refund will be issued for that particular item.

If upon receiving your order an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges for ALL returns and exchanges.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label that is paid for by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Discounted, Final Sale and Gift Cards are non-returnable.
REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, to let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Customers are only refunded for the items purchased. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
